EAST CARBON – Ollie Lee Williams, age 97, passed away on July 30, 2017 in Price, Utah.  She was born September 14, 1919 to George Allen & Florence Mae Hollonag Hefner in Wagner, Oklahoma.

Ollie was a seamstress and she made lots and lots of quilts.  Her big desire was to give quilts away.  One year she had a goal of making 100 quilts for the local care centers and she accomplished that.  She worked for Dorset Electronics in Oklahoma where she made printed circuit boards.  She also worked for Douglas Aircraft during World War II building B17s.  She was an avid member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she held several callings.  She was very devoted to the church.  She was a very giving person.  She loved visitors.  She bird watched and planted flowers.

Ollie is survived by her son Charles Williams of East Carbon, daughter Patricia Sutton of Missouri, and granddaughters Mitzi Young, Sammantha Nichols and Jackie Nichols.  Preceded in death by her husband and her parents.

Graveside services will be held Monday, August 7, 2017 at East Carbon Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home.  Family and friends may sign the guestbook and share memories of Ollie at www.heritagefuneralhomeutah.com.
