Message from Kaye Brown - January 23 at 02:56 PM

We were very shocked and saddened when we heard of Brother Bramall's passing. We had just worked with him that day in the Baptistery. He was always so helpful and anxious to be of service. We are so sorry for your loss, but we hope that you will be comforted to know that he is with his dear wife again. We were so blessed to get to know him a little bit. We will miss him. Ross and Kaye Brown, Baptistery Coordinators for the Saturday morning shift.

To the Bramall children, I'm sorry to hear of your Dads passing. I have so many fond memories that involved your family, most of all your Dad. Like when we'd pull into your driveway riding in the back of Sleepy's truck and Sam would pull his pocket knife out and say "you boys get over here so I can cut your ears off". Or the times my dad would be working and Sam would come and get my brothers and I and take us out deer hunting. He always made things fun and was full of stories that never got old. The amount of treats he always had with him while hunting were a nice bonus. All though it's been many years ago my family still talks about these memories and so many more. He will be missed and I'm glad I had him as an influence in my life growing up.Matt Sorensen

Grandpa loves his music! Shortly after joining his band, I asked him to come play at the nursing home I worked at and at first he was hesitant, but came because I begged him. He was very nervous and shy the first time. Then he would call me when he was in the area and ask I wanted him to come play. My residents LOVED him... They also LOVED to hear him play! One lady tried to go home with him haha!

Message from Lorrie - January 20 at 12:55 AM

So sorry about Uncle Sam. We love him very much. Wish we could be there but distance keeps us away. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family. Uncle Sam was so sweet every time he came to our restaurant to eat. He loved his food fixed just the way he wanted it. And it had to be the way he wanted. He was a big supporter to us throughout our lives. Last year when he had his interview with the Manti Temple president, Aunt Beth and I went and met with him in Mt. pleasant and had pizza with him at his favorite pizza shop. He glowed! He was so excited that he had been called to serve a mission finally and that Aunt Ruth was serving it with him! He just glowed! He had wanted to serve a mission when he was younger but was not able to. He fulfilled his mission to very best of his abilities! Traveling with friends to attend all the Temples in Utah was a great thing for him too!Love you Uncle Sam! Thank you for sharing your talents with us!Love,Lorrie & Rod Diamond & family
