ELMO - Elaine Merrie Rhoten, age 60 passed away at her home on May 12, 2015. She was born on December 5, 1954 to Myrtle Baty. She married Michael Rhoten on March 31, 1979 in Green River, Wyoming. They had two children, Laura Mae Rhoten and Rocky Lee Rhoten.

Elaine was a wonderful mom and loving wife, who loved animals of all kinds from a sock stealing ferret name Snowball to a white cat with two different colored eyes named Tommy. She enjoyed life to the fullest and loved her family deeply. She did her best to raise her children to love life and to do your best to be a good person. She was very close to her sister, Pam Phillips Crompton and often would take trips to Salt Lake City to see her whenever the family had a chance to go over the mountain. She'll be missed by all who were lucky enough to call her wife, momma, sister, aunt and daughter.

She is survived by her husband Michael, children Laura & Rocky, sister Pam, mother Myrtle and aunt Rachel.

Graveside services will be held Friday, May 15, 2015 at the Huntington City Cemetery at 1:00 pm with a viewing at 11:30 - 12:30 pm at the Heritage Funeral Home, 620 North Main, Huntington, Utah.
