Our beloved daughter, sister, cousin, aunt and friend Heather Patricia Young (Roper), age 29, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2014 in Salt Lake City. Heather was born June 2, 1985 in Provo, Utah to David Val Young and Patricia Johnson. She was raised in Orangeville, Utah.

Heather was a very hard worker, loved spending her free time with friends and family, and especially her daughter Lily. Her smile was contagious, and brought a light into every room she walked into. She was a very sweet, kind and friendly person; Heather truly loved people.

Heather is survived by her husband Dallas Roper, infant daughter Lily, father David (Lynda) Val Young, mother Patricia (Glyn) Ussery, sisters: Katie Young (Bodie) Wilson, Courtney Ussery, Emily Ussery, and Tamie (Brad) Oviatt Barber; brothers: Justin, Jason, and Christian Oviatt, and many dear cousins, uncles and aunts; grandparents Leonard Johnson, Val and Darlene Young. Preceded in death by her Grandmother Estella Johnson.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 22, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Heritage Funeral Home, 620 North Main Street, Huntington, Utah. A viewing will be held from 11:30-12:30 prior to the service. Interment will be in the Orangeville Cemetery entrusted to the care of the Heritage Funeral Home. The guestbook can be signed at www.heritagefuneralhomeutah.com.
